GPR Scanning
Ground-penetrating radar is a geophysical method that uses radar pulses to image the subsurface. It is a non-intrusive method of surveying the sub-surface to investigate underground utilities such as concrete, asphalt, metals, pipes, cables or masonry.
Concrete coring or concrete core drilling is the process of removing a concrete cylinder from a structure. Some of the concrete coring applications are utility holes, drainage, maintenance holes, HVAC, and structural testing.
Concrete Coring
Patching is the process of repairing damaged or excavated areas of asphalt pavement. To stop further degradation and expensive pavement repairs, potholes and other pavement damage should be fixed as soon as feasible.
Patch Work
Often being constructed very quickly, these pads are considered concrete slabs consisting of a flat, horizontal surface made of cast concrete and steel, typically between 4 and 12 in thick.
Equipment Pads
Saw cuts are a used to create control joints in concrete, which help control where cracking occurs due to shrinkage.
The cuts should be made at a predetermined spacing and only
after the concrete has obtained
sufficient strength but before internal
cracking begins.
